• Rotors
Alloy steel construction for strength, designed for optimum performance, ensuring consistent compound production and high productivity.

• Refrigeration system
Cooling system design ensures consistent batch temperature control.

• Feed hopper
Allows fast feeding. Lower radius float weight to present maximum cooling and mixing surfaces to compounds. Variable position, variable pressure, auto deceleration and air saver circuits available. Dust extraction hood installed as standard. Pneumatically actuated loading door.

• End frames
Manufactured from steel for use in high pressure, high speed rotor applications. Large dust seal areas for increased maintenance accessibility.

• Dust seals
Seal areas away from the ends of the rotor to improve performance in all mixing conditions.

• Unloading door
Made of steel for greater resistance. The top design ensures efficient batch dispersion and temperature control. With actuator for fast unloading and closing cycles.
