Possibility of programming ramps:
For example programmed a temperature at a defined time, define the cooking time: 1 hour at 100ºC, then 2nd hour at 150ºC, then the 3rd and 4th hour at 200ºC and the 5th at 120ºC.
There is a safety alarm, in case the heating time is exceeded, the heating process stops.
Likewise, if the temperature is above or below the tolerance +/-5ºC on the desired working temperature.
There is also a maximum temperature alarm so that it can never exceed this temperature (safety).
