Weighing of Chemical Micro-products
Automatic or semi-automatic solutions, these are systems that combine operational safety and rigorous traceability to guarantee the integrity of each batch.
Key points of the solution:
● FIFO flow management: Hoppers with double lids for loading and dosing, with barcode validation.
● Semi-Automated Process: Intelligent guidance, the motorized dosing cart positions the operator in front of the correct hopper. Products are poured into EVA bags and the system can prepare up to 10 batches simultaneously.
● Automated Process: Preparation of micro-ingredient bags up to 24 product stations.
● Traceability: A unique barcode is labeled on each bag. With Profinet communication, allowing recipe management, access to reports and alarm history in real time.

Batch-off feeder
Allows the preparation of “masterbatch” sheets into precise strips for a final mix, completely eliminating the need for manual intervention.
● Intelligent preparation: Automatic adjustment of the rubber before cutting.
● High-precision cutting: With fixed and rotary blades, the material is cut into thin strips. This guarantees optimal dispersion and a homogeneous mix in the final stage.
● Weighing and transfer: The cut strips are positioned on the weighing belt and will be sent to the mixer autonomously.
● Technical control: Independent frequency inverters and gear motors are used.

Hopper elevator or belt
Automated Transfer of the Rubber Compound from the mixer to the two-roll mill.
● Synchronous Operation: Fully automated, it transports the compound to the mill and automatically returns to its initial position.

Process oil storage tank
We manufacture custom storage tanks (main or intermediate), with precise thermal control to guarantee the quality of the oils.
● Viscosity Management: To maintain optimal fluidity, the tanks (made of steel or stainless steel) are equipped with heating coils and high-performance rock wool insulation with aluminum cladding.
● Integrated Monitoring: The system controls temperature (PT-100 probe) and volume in real time using level sensors and pressure transmitters.
